All of our Teacher/Instructors are well qualified and must hold their own indemnity insurances.

Course Bookings once made by booking form are then held and can be altered up to 48 hours prior to course commencement without charge on discussion with our training administrator.

Any course cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge, and within 24 hours a 75% charge will be applied.

Certificates will only be provided once course fees have been paid, and if credit check reveals a low score we reserve the right to request payment on or prior to the date of the course
