We aould also carry out a training needs analysis (TNA) at the same time, and recommend a course of action for implementing staff training and induction to ensure the employer fulfills their statutory requirements under Section 2 of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, in providing correct Information, instruction, training and supervision.

The audit will take place in a friendly manner and ensure that we work together in a reasonable and cost effective manner, with achievable and realistic goals to be achieved.
